Exosect has entered into a number of agreements and formed alliances with other companies, government bodies, academic institutions and industry experts. Most recently these include:
Bayer CropScience
One of the world’s leading innovative crop science companies in the areas of crop protection, non-agricultural pest control, seeds and traits, acquired a license of Exosect’s unique product for the control of varroa mites in honey bees. Bayer acquired the worldwide rights to sell the product and to further develop a portfolio of bee health products for the control of mites found in bee hives using Exosect’s platform technology, Entostat™.

CABI, FERA, Sylvan Bio, Rentokil
Exosect is leading this consortium to develop a formulation of the entomopathagenic fungus, Beauvaria bassiana, with Exosect’s patented delivery system, Entostat™ powder for use in insect pest control in grain storage and processing structures. Development work so far shows that this technology could easily be adapted to protect commodities beyond the cereals market, such as rice, dried fruit, nuts and pulses.
