Exosex SPTab forms part of a new generation of intelligent pest management tools developed by Exosect. We have taken the core concept of mating disruption and transformed it into a unique technology which creates 'Active' mating disruption.
By exploiting our patented Entostat powder technology, the target pest is in effect programmed to cause confusion and disrupt mating amongst its own population. This ‘Active’ approach means that mating disruption, traditionally suitable only for outdoor crops, is also suitable for enclosed environments, providing a much needed tool for food manufacturers where few alternatives exist.
